About Us Turnco Inc., was founded in 1996 by Ronald P. Turner and Terry Wallace for the expressed purpose of producing snowmobile and other recreational products. "Bugeyes" are the first of a number of proposed products and ideas that address safety or function in the recreation arena. Products will be new ideas, or improvements upon current products that are unable to perform in the environments that they were designed for.
